By registering for the GlycoBioTec2025 (hereafter referred to as "the Conference"), you (the "Delegate") agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The registration entitles the Delegate to attend all sessions, workshops, and social events as outlined in the Conference program. The Conference Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, and venues, if necessary, without prior notice.
The Conference fee includes access to all sessions, conference materials, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea, and refreshments. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee. All fees must be paid in full before 31 Jan 2025. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to gbt2025@mpi-magdeburg.mpg.de by 19 Jan 2025. Cancellations received on or before 19 Jan 2025 will receive a 70% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 19 Jan 2025. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the Conference Organizers in writing.
The Conference Organizers are committed to protecting the privacy of all Delegates. Any personal information provided during registration will be used only for Conference-related purposes. By registering for the Conference, the Delegate agrees to allow the Conference Organizers to use their contact information to communicate regarding the Conference and related events. The Delegate’s contact information will not be shared with third parties without the Delegate’s explicit consent.
The Delegate agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Conference. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other Delegates, speakers, sponsors, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Conference without a refund.
All material presented or displayed at the Conference is the intellectual property of the presenter. The Delegate agrees not to record, photograph, quote, disseminate, or transmit by summary any material presented at the Conference without the express approval of the author of the material.
The Conference Organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Delegate or their property as a result of participation in the Conference. The Delegate is responsible for their own insurance for travel, health, and property.
The Conference Organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Conference due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, labor strikes, or governmental regulations.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Delegate via email or the Conference website. By completing the registration process, the Delegate acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
